Information processed

Public profile names, handles, biographies, links, provenance and review status; signed visitor identifiers for deduplication and abuse prevention. Private Sites use platform sign-in. The public Cloudflare site uses passkeys and stores random account IDs, public keys, and hashes of session and recovery tokens. We do not receive device biometrics.

When checkout opens: order IDs, fixed amounts, product and policy versions, payment mode, provider transaction identifiers, verification events, display start/end times, refunds and chargebacks. We do not receive or store full card numbers or CVV.

Purposes and service providers

We operate free organic rankings, check advertisement eligibility and periods, prevent abuse, reconcile orders and handle support, refunds and disputes. Purchase amounts never determine organic rank.

Hosting uses ChatGPT Sites, Cloudflare and D1. ECPay will host checkout and process payments when enabled. PayPal checkout is not enabled.

Retention, security and rights

Records are retained for service operation, safety, accounting, disputes and legal duties. Sessions last up to 30 days, verification challenges 5 minutes, and recovery codes are single-use. Callback safety audits contain only mode, outcome, error code and time and are retained for 30 days. Passkey accounts remain until deletion or service termination, subject to separate statutory transaction retention. Server secrets are not shipped to browsers.

Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Legal retention and security duties may limit immediate deletion.
