Service and operator

Social Pulse is operated by Niancheng Lab. It offers public Threads and Instagram profile discovery, organic on-site rankings and separate advertisements. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

Organic rankings measure valid searches on this website and its published tie-breakers, not followers or real-world influence.

The 7-day display product

One order buys one public profile advertisement for seven days at NT$100, billed in Taiwan dollars. Delivery includes the name, public handle, biography, profile links and exact start and end times. Checkout identifies the profile, price, duration and policy version.

Service begins only after verified payment and publication, lasts 168 consecutive hours and ends automatically. A payment return page never establishes delivery. Contact support with the order number for unpublished or incorrect displays.

Order, repeat purchases and limitations

Advertisements are ordered by service start time ascending, then order ID. No paid ranks or cumulative payment amounts are displayed. No fixed page position, impressions, followers or commercial results are guaranteed.

Only one pending order or active display per profile is allowed. Purchase again after expiry. No auto-renewal, stacked future periods, payment-based priority, redeemable credit, transfers, withdrawals or payouts to profile owners.

Content and interruptions

Check the profile and platform before purchase, and have the right to use the submitted identity, biography and links. Impersonation, infringement, unlawful content and false endorsements are prohibited. We may review or remove content and explain the associated order treatment.

Interruptions are announced and affected orders reviewed. Undelivered service is handled under the refund policy and applicable law; prior publication alone does not justify rejecting every refund.

Refunds, closure and versions

Unpublished orders qualify for a full refund; each order also has a seven-day full-refund period from its service start. Confirmed refunds and chargebacks end the corresponding display. Statutory rights remain applicable.

Before closing, we stop new orders, publish notice, contact affected customers through available channels, review undelivered service and handle amounts due under law and the contract. We do not promise permanent operation.

The fixed-term product takes effect on 2026-10-16. The former cumulative paid-ranking product is retired. Historical orders are reviewed under their original terms rather than silently converted or erased. The operator has confirmed ECPay merchant approval; live checkout remains closed pending technical and operational acceptance.
