Refund policy

Unpublished orders and seven-day refunds

A verified payment that has not resulted in publication qualifies for a full refund. Each order may also be cancelled for a full refund within seven days of its actual service start, without giving a reason.

The service also lasts 168 consecutive hours. The refund window does not start at order creation, bank charge or browser return. A later purchase is a separate order with its own service and refund period.

Request and reconciliation

Email contact@nianchenglab.com with your order number, purchasing account and request. Never send full card numbers, CVV, passwords or payment credentials. Support checks payment, actual publication and the original payment method.

Refunds normally use the original payment channel. Posting time depends on the provider and bank. A refund record in this website is not evidence that the bank has completed the transfer; we do not promise an unverified processing time.

Removal and exceptions

Confirmed refunds, voids or chargebacks stop that order's display. Partial-refund cases require review of delivered service; the system removes the corresponding advertisement rather than preserving a benefit based on the original amount.

Duplicate payments, late notifications, unpublished or incorrect displays, interruptions, removals and closure are reviewed against actual delivery, the contract, applicable law and provider rules. Statutory refund rights may continue after seven days.

Current availability

Live checkout is closed. The operator has confirmed ECPay merchant approval and configured server credentials; original-channel refunds and live end-to-end acceptance remain unverified. This page does not claim live charging or automated refunds are operational.
